tinted (after reviewing your photos, you can choose one --- or several --- to be tinted for $20 per photo -- includes a complimentary 5x7 of each tinted photograph)

For close-ups of moms, I usually retouch the  photos as needed to remove any blemishes, soften a bit around the eyes, etc.  If you would prefer NOT to have any retouching done, please check this box:

If I will be photographing a baby --- To help me select props that will be best suited to your baby's comfort level and abilities, please indicate his/her current achievements, such as lifting head up from a tummy-lying position, sitting unassisted, standing unassisted while holding on to something, crawling, pulling up, etc:

For children age 2 and up  --- In order to help your child be more comfortable (and more prone to give me natural smiles), it is often helpful for me to know what his/her interests are prior to your photo session --- for instance, does your child  love trains?  Cinderella?  Soccer?  Please list any activities or characters that your child really seems to get excited about:

Liability/additional information ---

Your safety and that of your child/children is your sole responsibility at all times before, during and after the photo shoot; your child/children should never be more than 6 feet away from you while on the premises.

Payment is due at the time of service.  If you choose to go over the one-hour time slot allotted for your session, you will be billed at a rate of $25.00 per each additional 15 minutes.  Photos will be ready for you to pick up approximately 2 weeks following the photo shoot.  You will be notified via e-mail when they are ready.  If you would prefer to have your photos mailed to you, an additional postage and handling fee of $10.00 will be added to your total.   In the unlikely event that equipment and/or processing is faulty, your money will be refunded and a re-shoot will be scheduled at no cost to you.  If you need to cancel your appointment for any reason, please give at least 24 hours notice. 

Haley Barber owns the copyright to all photographs taken during the photo shoot.  I give Haley Barber the right to use any of the photographs taken during our photo shoot for promotional purposes.    I agree and acknowledge that the property owners, Chris Barber and Haley Barber, shall not be held liable in the extremely unlikely event that an injury is incurred while on the premises.
